Loyal Family Dentistry is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant Near Grand Prairie, TX

We are looking for a Registered dental assistant to join our private practice! We believe in providing the best overall experience for our patients and are looking for someone who is committed to doing the same.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a reliable, self starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must also be energetic, enjoys working with adults and children, and a team player with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor with all dental procedures and patient charting.
  • Take high quality radiographs.
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft and digital radiographs.
  • sterilizing instruments.
  • Tracking supply inventory.
  • Setting up and cleaning operatories.
  • Assist hygienist(s) when requested.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Texas Dental Assisting license with the State of Texas.
  • Current radiography certification required.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law.
  • Previous work experience in a dental practice of 1 year.

Experience:

  • dental: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Spanish(Required)

License:

  • Nitrous Oxide (Preferred)
  • Certified Dental Assistant (Required)
  • X-ray (Required)

Position is 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, and occasional Friday or Saturdays. Salary will be based on experience.
